The oil refineries in the Kutch region become blazing infernos , the Salaya-Mathura pipeline which transports oil to the Mathura refinery is blown up and the tankers and merchant vessels at the ports are completely destroyed . नीचे कच्छ क्षेत्र के तेल परिशोधक संयंत्र धू-धूकर जल उ ते हैं , मथुरा परिशोधन संयंत्र को तेल आपूर्ति करने वाली सलया-मथुरा पाइपलेन तहस-नहस हो जाती है और बंदरगाहों पर खड़ै टैंकर तथा व्यापारिक पोत पूरी तरह नष्ट हो जाते हैं .
